Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between SO Dizayn Tasarım Mühendislik Danışmanlık A.Ş., acting as the "Seller", and the customer making a purchase through the website, acting as the "Buyer".

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Information About the Product Subject to the Agreement

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price and payment method of the product are specified in the preliminary information form and order summary presented to the Buyer at the time of the order.

4. General Provisions

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the preliminary information form before placing the order. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product to the Buyer within the statutory period following the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a person at the address specified by the Buyer, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products which, by their nature, cannot be returned, products that may deteriorate rapidly or expire, and products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

7. Default and Legal Consequences

If the Buyer fails to fulfil their payment obligation, the applicable statutory provisions regarding default shall apply.

8. Competent Authority

For disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence shall be competent up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall be competent for disputes exceeding that value.

9. Entry into Force

By confirming the order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
