Design & Prototyping

Our product development process follows a fully integrated engineering cycle from concept design to mass production. Custom solutions are produced thanks to CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing prototyping with a rapid iteration methodology.

CAD/CAM Design

Precise 3D modeling is performed with SolidWorks, CATIA and Fusion 360. Optimized toolpath programming for CNC machines is carried out. Engineering drawings and technical documentation are prepared in standard formats.

3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping

Prototype production in various materials is carried out with FDM, SLA and SLS technologies. Metal, polymer and composite materials can be used. Design errors are detected at an early stage before mass production, reducing costs.

Iterative Design Cycle

Rapid design revisions are made based on test results. Prototype quality and performance improve with each iteration. The final design ready for mass production is reached through a systematic process.
